AGM 2025

Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM and Sound Workshops at Gandharva Loka The World Music Store, Dublin, this year. It was a wonderful day!

Our membership has doubled since last year and great innovations were announced which we will be closely following in the coming months. After our Chairperson, Secretary and Treasury Reports were read out to attendees, the new incoming committee was elected. We welcome:

After the AGM, our Sound Workshops began with Tara Crawford @https://www.facebook.com/wellbeingwithwings– and our amazing Events Officer, who delivered a powerful workshop on the use of the Solfeggio Frequencies in Hospice and Palliative Care. This included a demonstration of Solfeggio Tuned Healing Pipes and her personal testimony, which was utterly compelling and very moving.

Our dynamic and motivational Chairperson Jennie Cruise @ https://jenniecruise.ie/ then delivered an absorbing workshop on the use of Bilateral Sound and Brainspotting in the Treatment of Trauma which included a fascinating and educational talk, followed by a demonstration using a singing bowl, tuning forks and a binaural, hypnotic soundtrack which was truly absorbing.

To finish off the day we really enjoyed A Journey through Yin Yoga & Sound Therapy by Annmarie Hughes https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063670414139 who shared her amazing story of how she became involved in Sound Therapy. She then led us through the chakras through Bija Mantra followed by a Vagus Nerve Reset using seated Yin Yoga techniques. This was a welcome way to end a day of sitting and left us all feeling refreshed and revitalised.

We would also like to thank the ladies who provided the very tasty nibbles and refreshments too, and of course those who provided the fabulous Spot Prizes! There was even some time at the end to do some retail therapy at Gandharva Loka the World Music Store https://www.gandharvaloka.ie/who graciouusly hosted us.

We look forward to next year already and hope to have an even bigger venue to host bigger numbers, which will include an outdoor space for ceremony, sound baths and more fun! If you are inspired to share your talents, please feel free to get in touch with us as we will begin to plan it very soon!
