Congratulations @assoc.soundtherapistsire AOSTI on the most powerful AGM and Conference yet! Yesterday saw a full house at An Tairseach Co. Wicklow and in truth we could have filled the room twice over. Next year we will be looking for an even bigger venue!
Its been amazing to see AOSTI go from strength to strength over the years and we are so grateful to everyone who has worked together so cohesively to make that happen.
The AGM was attended by new members as well as old and each item on the agenda moved through with ease including the election and re-election of Committee Officers & Delegates. Their quality and integrity is exemplary and will ensure continued growth as we continue to provide supports, standards, community and professional recognition in the expanding field of Sound Therapy.
The afternoon conference included three highly informative presentations as well as deeply restorative sound journeys.
It began with The Body Listens First: Sound as a Direct Language of the Nervous System, facilitated by Joanne Tierney.
Next up was Tara Crawford with Integrating Bach Flower Essences into your Medatitive & Sound Healing Practice and concluded with Jennifer Cruise who weaved resonant frequencies together
to create a deeply layered soundscape and Crystal-Infused Sound Bath.
The closing ceremony was held in the Labyrinth, a walking journey to centre, with Fire Ceremony accompanied by Tara’s powerful drumbeat before closing through song and chant with Olive.
Thank you to everyone who came to enjoy the afternoon’s offerings. We hope to see you all again at our free Member Events throughout the year including the amazing Super Sound Sundays.
If you are not already subscribed to our Newsletter please do so through the website to ensure you dont miss out.
Congratulations everyone!
